HOT DIPPED HEAVY DUTY BUNK FEEDER
The feeders that last a lifetime. Our hot dipped galvanized bunk feeder is made from 2” 16 gauge tubing and 16 gauge sheet metal, making it the longest lasting and toughest bunk feeder on the market. Troughs are 20’ tall and available in 2’x10’ and 3’x10’ lengths. Drain holes on the ends prevent water from collecting in the feed.

RANgER BUNK FEEDER

Bunk Feeder Hay Rack
Designed to be clamped to the top of a bunk feeder our hay racks are a great addition to have when owning a bunk feeder. They feature 6x6” wire on the front and back and 4x4” 6 gauge wire on the sides.

BULK FEEDERS
Ranger Gate bulk feeders feature G90 domestic galvanized sheet metal for years of corrosion free usage. The 14 gauge adjustable doors allow you to set the amount of feed that comes out of the feeder and 7 ½’ wide sliding doors on top of the feeder allows trouble free loading. A ¼” heavy duty poly trough guarantees a never rust out trough and is equipped with a easy open clean out door. Models are available with wheels or skids for ranchers and feedlot usage. All trailers come with new tires and axles.

4' eCONOMY CALF CREEP FEEDER
For smaller operations, the 4’ economy calf creep feeder is a great choice. This feeder features a 16 gauge galvanized frame and a large lid that makes filling easy and accessible. The hinged panels make for quick set up and the adjustment bar on the creep entrance panel allows you to prevent larger calves from entering.

HEAVY DUTY CREEP FEEDERS
The 4’, 6’ rigid built, and 8’ creep feeders are made from 16 gauge G-90 galvanized sheet metal with 1 ⅝” schedule 40 galvanized skids. These models feature a poly trough, adjustable feed doors and an easily accessible clean out door on the end. 4’ and 8’ models have a collapsible hinged panel feed pen and the 6’ rigid built has a feed pen welded to the feeder. A large sliding lid on top makes filling the creep feeders easy. Feeders also come with a 1 ⅝” 16 gauge adjustable creep entrance panel that you can set the height to control feeder traffic. All welds after manufacturing are painted with cold galvanized paint and aluminum structural paint.

The RGC one piece hay ring
is constructed with 1 ¼” OD 14 gauge pre-galvanized pipe and stands 43” tall. Seven vertical stays hold up four rings that measure 86” on the top ring and 96” on the bottom ring. This allows the rings to be stackable when transporting.

HAY SAVERS
Hay savers are made from 1 ⅝” heavy-duty galvanized tubing and feature 2”x4” 6-gauge welded wire that helps to eliminate waste on the bottom of the unit. These feeders can be used with polled or horned cattle, and they have proven to save up to 25% per bale. An easy swing gate is available for all models, and all welds are saddled for added strength and long-term use. This feeder will pay for itself quickly, putting more money back in your pocket.
Gen 2 Single Bale Hay Saver
The Gen 2 Single Bale hay saver is our latest hay saver model based off of our original design. TRAILER INSERT
The trailer insert features a heavy duty galvanized tubing construction with a sheet metal bottom barrier. It is designed to fit on lowboy and gooseneck trailers all inserts come with a self latching center gate and a full swing rear and sliding gate. Inserts are easy to load and unload in a matter of minutes. Inserts are 6’ 4” wide and are 6’ tall and come in three different lengths.
